In addition, persons providing driver outstaffing services are required to undergo a special accreditation procedure and have a registered capital of at least 1 million rubles.
The issue of banning outstaffing since 2016 has been widely discussed. However, in fact, this is not about a ban on the provision of labor, but about significant restrictions on such relations. The main goal of the restrictions is to prevent enterprises from “expanding” and not paying more taxes, “masking” part of the staff as temporary wage workers.
