Today, the need to acquire their living space is as high as ever. The modern real estate market provides consumers with great opportunities. In this regard, for each potential buyer, it is important that all the documentation is correctly executed, including the contract of sale, or DKP of the apartment. Since 2013, the legislation has significantly simplified the preparation of documentation for notarization of an agreement.
