In OJSC and CJSC it is already more difficult. In joint stock companies, directors are elected by the board of shareholders. Performing his duties, he is obliged to listen to the opinion of the shareholders of the company.
Company executives
The newly opened LLC, whose staff does not exceed two or three people, hardly needs a large number of leadership positions. But if the company grows, departments appear that perform fundamentally different functions, the staff increases to tens or even hundreds of people, then you simply can’t do without middle managers. A person holding such a position does not have absolute power over subordinates, does not take uniquely important decisions, and does not manage the company as a whole. His task is to monitor the work of his department, coordinate the employment of his people, and resolve issues within his competence. Among the most common management positions are the following:

The work of the chief engineer requires higher technical education in the direction of the organization. It depends on him the technical equipment of the enterprise with spare parts, fuel, lubricants, necessary equipment and machines, well-coordinated work of mechanics and maintenance personnel. With his proposal, purchases are made of all technical units, their spare parts, the hiring of people who service all these machines and devices. A similar functional is the work of the technical director. In some organizations, these are identical concepts.
Production director
Production Director - a position that makes sense in organizations engaged in the production of any product. This official is engaged in researching the structure of the market, supply and demand, studying the offers of competitors, determining what needs to be produced, at what prices and in what volumes. The volume and quality of products, its price and placement on the market depends on the effectiveness of its work. His tasks include finding suppliers of raw materials of good quality and reasonable cost, launching the production process, monitoring it throughout the entire production cycle.
Specialists
Positions in the company are not limited to managers at various levels. Without ordinary specialists, there simply will be no one to manage it. It is customary to call specialists with higher or secondary vocational education who graduated from an educational institution in a particular specialty. In organizations, the positions of specialists include: accountant, managers of various directions, operation officers, engineers, doctors and others.
Job positions
There are also working positions in the company. In contrast to the above positions, workers do not require a specific education, experience or profile. Such work usually requires the performance of certain physical actions: loaders, pickers, drivers, cleaners. To perform these works, there is no need for higher education, work experience, organizational or leadership abilities. Enough to have physical health and stamina.
Production Company Positions
Different types of companies have a different set of posts in their staffing. Their list depends on the need for certain specialists and workers. A manufacturing company may contain the following list of employees:

Positions in a Trading Company
A trade organization does not produce its own products. Her job is to purchase and resell finished goods or to provide services to the public and other firms. Accordingly, trading companies do not need a number of posts in a manufacturing company. But they often have the most developed sales department, contact centers and advertising department. Trading companies need much more managers of various kinds, analysts of the economic environment and developers of stocks, offers and advertising campaigns.
