What is permission?

All basic concepts and terms regarding the reconstruction of buildings and premises are spelled out in the Town Planning Code. First of all, the code interprets the term “reconstruction” as complex work, the main purpose of which is to amend the existing technical parameters of the capital construction.

Reconstruction permit is a document on the basis of which it is allowed to carry out certain construction works. In the future, if such paper is on hand, then there will be no problems legitimizing the work done or improving it.

Do not confuse two concepts: redevelopment and reconstruction. In the first case, it is understood that work will be carried out indoors without affecting the design features of the room.
