So, an employee can be dismissed if the conclusion of an employment contract with her was relevant only for the period of fulfilling the duties of the employee, who was temporarily absent from the workplace. However, under such circumstances, the employer undertakes to offer the pregnant woman all vacancies that are free and suitable for her in her position. In the absence of such, the dismissal of an employee is permissible.
