- notarized copies of constituent documentation;
- a list of persons who have the right to represent the interests of an individual entrepreneur at tender, as well as copies of orders on the appointment of such persons;
- a notarized copy of the IP registration certificate and copies of documents confirming the fact of inclusion of the company in the taxpayer register;
- copies of accounting documents on the financial balance, a copy of the statement of expenses and profits for the last reporting periods with a note from the tax inspector that there are no debts to the state;
- extracts from banking organizations that a businessman has bank accounts;
- reporting on the total use of company funds.
Individual entrepreneurs can participate in auctions only in cases where the package of documents submitted corresponds to the tender documentation. If the list of documents is incomplete, then the application for participation in open tenders will be rejected.
