Dmitry Vladimirovich Shumkov was born in 1972 in the city of Sarapul, Udmurt Republic. Dmitry received his law degree from the State University of Udmurtia.
Professional activity of a lawyer
In the 90s, Dmitry Shumkov works in the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation. This experience became very valuable for him and helped to form the basic practical knowledge and skills. In 1999, a lawyer was simultaneously writing a PhD thesis. The topic of the dissertation - “The system of public authorities of the republic-subjects of the Russian Federation” - was not chosen by chance: it reflected the experience and knowledge that he possessed. The Russian lawyer helped equip Lomonosov and Kutafin with the advanced technologies and systems of the legal clinic in St. Petersburg and the Situation Centers of Legal Initiatives of Moscow State University.
2012 election
In 2012, during the presidential election, Dmitry Vladimirovich heads the situation center. The organization has united the main leading educational institutions. The death of a famous lawyer
On December 4, 2015 Dmitry Vladimirovich was found hanged on his own ties in a hotel room of the Moscow City business center. On the day of his death, the businessman was supposed to have a business meeting in a famous restaurant in Moscow, to which he, of course, was very late. The alarmed companions tried to reach Dmitry, but to no avail. Only by contacting the guards, it was possible to find out what happened.
Causes of death Shumkov Dmitry Vladimirovich is definitely not installed. At the moment, the main version of death is suicide. According to members of the inner circle of the lawyer, Shumkov began a streak of problems, including in business.
In the summer of 2015, troubles occurred with the process of building a five-star hotel. Complaints of activists rained down, because instead of reconstructing the historic building, a decision was made to demolish it. After recalculating the required amount to make the necessary changes, it became clear that the budget would have to be greatly increased. The hope to get a state loan for the development of the natural park did not materialize, because Shumkov was refused because of the crisis. The Olimpiysky sports complex, which was acquired by a lawyer in 2014, also required high costs for restoration and repair. There was not enough money to implement all the plans. Dmitry Vladimirovich was nervous, consumed antidepressants and alcohol, which, according to criminal psychologist M. Vinogradov, could lead to suicide.
