Some suggest that you focus on prices:
- 200 rubles - a paper copy;
- 150 - electronic counterpart.
But if you carefully study the information available to citizens, then we can say that these duties are not entirely correct. Some sources indicate that extracts from the Unified State Register are more expensive for legal entities and cheaper for ordinary citizens.
In this case, the type of paper being produced is taken into account. The following duties are recommended to be taken into account:
- 750 rubles - a characteristic of real estate for individuals;
- 300 rubles - its electronic form;
- 2 200 rubles - statement with data on the property for organizations;
- 600 rubles - digital copy;
- 400 rubles - data on property rights with the characteristics of the object (citizens, on paper);
- 1,100 rubles - an analogue for organizations;
- 250 rubles - a certificate with information about the rights to property with its characteristics in electronic form (individual);
- 700 rubles - a digital copy for legal entities.
It is precisely because of such ambiguity that it is recommended to clarify the size of duties at Rosreestr immediately before submitting the relevant application. This is the only way to eliminate all doubts.
Deadlines
How quickly can I take a finished sample of extract from the Unified State Register after ordering it? Papermaking times vary.
If a citizen decided to personally apply for a document to the Rosreestr, then he will have to wait about 3 days. When communicating with the MFC - up to 5 days. Ordering an electronic copy of the paper will require waiting from several hours to three days.

If a citizen decided to order an extract on his own, then he needs to:
- Prepare some papers to translate ideas into reality. They may be different. Their approximate list is presented below.
- Write an application for a certificate. The form can be taken at the registration authority.
- Submit a request to the selected organization.
- Make a payment of state duty. It is better to do this before applying.
- At the appointed time, come to the registration authority and pick up the finished sample of the document.

Documents for citizens

And what documents do organizations need to obtain extracts from the Unified State Register? The list of securities in this case is increasing.
The following certificates are useful for legal entities:
- identity card of the recipient of the statement;
- power of attorney;
- constituent documents of the organization;
- written statement;
- fee paid.
It is in this case that a power of attorney is required. An extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises (we already know the sample certificate) without it, it cannot be obtained by a representative of the organization. This is a perfectly normal and legal requirement. The power of attorney will have to be certified by a notary without fail.
