The Labor Code of the Russian Federation regulates that when applying for a job, the applicant must be familiarized with documents that relate to his activities. Certificate of absence or criminal record

This type of certificate is necessary for those applying for work, to which, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, persons who have had a criminal record or undergo criminal prosecution are not allowed.
