Basics of filling out a job order

The order of employment is always issued by order. This is required by article 68 of the Labor Code. The written data must always meet the requirements of the employment contract (TD) drawn up with the candidate.

Civil contract

If a civil contract is drawn up, for example, to perform work or provide services, an order for employment is not required. Then the citizen will not be registered in the state. Therefore, the norms of legislation will not apply to it.

To issue orders on personnel, both unified forms and independently developed ones are used.

How to apply for a job using the standard T-1 form? For example: from September 1, 2018, Nina Igorevna Krasnova got a job in the sales department of Romashka LLC, as a seller.

Filling order

  1. Fill the top of the form. It indicates the code for OKPO, Romashka Limited Liability Company, the abbreviation Romashka LLC, order No. 129 of September 1, 2018. The candidate is drawn up from the date that appears in the contract. It may differ from the date that appears in the order.
  2. When the TD is concluded for an indefinite period, the column "PO" is left blank or a dash is put. Do not write "Deadline is not set", "Indefinitely" or "Not determined."
  3. In the case when the TD is drawn up for a specific period of time, the date of the expiration of its term is indicated in the column - as indicated in the TD (by a calendar number or an indication of a specific event, for example, when a colleague should leave maternity leave).
  4. Next is a block of information about the candidate and his future position. In our example, it is written: “Krasnova Nina Igorevna, personnel number 124”.
  5. The structural unit in the order of employment is indicated in the case when the admission is made to a specific department and this is reflected in the TD.
  6. The fields "Position, specialty, profession, rank, class, category, qualifications ..." have options depending on how the name of the position, profession and qualification characteristics are entered in the TD. You can write "For the position of seller" or simply "Seller".
  7. Next, it should be said about filling out the fields "Conditions for hiring" and "Nature of work". In a standard situation, as a rule, the “Main constant” is entered. In relation to part-timers indicate "Concurrently." Any special conditions for applying for a job should be reflected in this section.
  8. Now you need to specify the amount of wages. In a standard document, columns are provided to reflect salary, tariff rate and allowance. If there is no allowance, you can leave the line blank or put a dash. It is important to know that the document reflects the salary part that will actually be paid. If we are talking about a part-time employee or an employee who works part-time, you should calculate the salary in terms of TD, based on the full rate for the staffing.
  9. The "With a test for a term" field is filled in in a literal way if the candidate needs to work out a certain period in order to be accepted into the state. If employment is provided without a probationary period, the field is left blank, a dash is put down or they say “Without trial”.
  10. Now it remains in the line "Basis" to indicate the details of the TD issued with the potential candidate, the date of preparation, serial number and give the document to the head of the organization in order to assure him.

Within 3 days from the beginning of employment, the applicant must be familiarized with the order. He will need to confirm it with his signature in three places.
