The legislative framework
The main document that guides the authorities in determining appropriate payments is the "Law on Pension Provision" No. 166-ФЗ dated 12/15/2001. Based on it, regulate the amount and procedure for pension accruals.

On the basis of federal legislation, the Government of the Moscow Region adopted Act No. 179/2017-OZ establishing the cost of living for the current year. Taking into account various factors
The system in which the pension in the Moscow region is calculated taking into account pension points has been used since 2015. Moreover, for citizens registered in the MO, the following conditions must be met:
- The presence of a minimum insurance period.
- The presence of a minimum number of pension points.
- The applicant must be registered with the MO for at least 10 years.

Old age pension
This year, the minimum old-age pension in the Moscow Region is 9,527 rubles. For this, a pensioner must have at least five years of work experience. State pension
