The woman misunderstood the letter and sent her photos to the insurance company

Alyssa Stringfellow from Arkansas got into an awkward situation, because she did not correctly understand the essence of the business letter sent to her by an insurance agent. She wanted to add her mother to the insurance policy for the car. Fulfilling the agent’s requirements, Alyssa had to blush, while an employee of the company laughed at her for a long time.

Send photos

Alyssa Stringfellow, 24, has decided to add a mother to her insurance policy. To do this, she contacted the insurance company, and the agent sent an e-mail. It said that he needed some additional information, namely: date of birth, driver’s license number and photographs from several angles.

The girl asked her mother to photograph her in profile and full face, in full growth.

At the same time, both women discussed why this insurance agent needs such photographs.

When Alyssa sent the documents and read the reply letter in the morning, she blushed terribly, realizing that she had made a ridiculous mistake.

The agent wrote to her that he needed exactly the same photos that she sent him, but her car should be shown on them.

Alyssa was embarrassed that she misunderstood what the agent wanted from her. And he, telling her mother on the phone about the misunderstanding that had happened, only laughed, noting that the girl’s act was very funny and touching.
