The fact is that Gates has a reputation as the person who sends critical emails, especially when he is upset with the product.

Dissatisfied letters
One of his emails was published by journalist Todd Bishop in 2008. Gates told how he tried to download one of the applications developed by his company from the official website. “But I didn’t succeed. This site is so slow that it is simply impossible to use, ”Gates wrote. - And when the download was finally completed, I barely figured out what to do next. It all sounds like some kind of puzzle. ”
When Bishop asked Gates about this letter, he smiled and replied: “Not a day goes by that I do not use email. This is my job".
