Knowing the conditions in which his former villagers lived, and also remembering his difficult childhood, the philanthropist decided to give the villagers a truly royal gift.
The businessman allocated two hundred million yuan (about 32 million dollars) for the construction of a cottage town. 258 real villas have been built. One cottage was not enough for them, they complained that they had large families. They began to demand at home and for their children, who would have to acquire their families in the future.
