Dezeen is an architecture and design website. As part of the second annual competition, the site gets acquainted with new design and architectural projects from around the world. This year, the list of applicants for the award amounted to 4,500 applicants from 87 countries. In the first round, 267 incredible projects became winners. Photos and descriptions of some of them are published on the site page.

This unusual object was located in the Netherlands. It was developed in Amsterdam based on spatial design by Overtreders W. Architect Jorn van Ek.

This building was erected in China. It was developed by one of the Beijing firms. An interesting feature of it is the underground galleries.
Ha Ha Object in Vietnam
This is a landscaped residential building where various tropical plants were planted. This object was developed by a Vietnamese architectural company. Obviously, the goal of the project was to attract people's attention to the greening of cities.
Dubai Jamel Art Center
This building consists of white aluminum boxes on an artificial island created in the Gulf of Dubai. It was developed by an international architectural studio.
Bakery and cafe in Bogota
In the city of Bogota (Colombia) created an unusual structure based on concrete. There is a bakery and cafe. The project was developed by a New York architectural company.
A teahouse in a village in China
This facility was built in the village of Jixing in Hangzhou province in China. This modern concrete building was designed as a place to sell tea and other drinks. Teahouses are spread precisely in Asia, where tea has one of the primary roles.
Whether these concepts will become real-life facilities is still unknown.
