If employees cannot find a common language with each other, then they cannot work together. Twenty-four percent of respondents said they experience confusion and discomfort in communicating with team members.

Do you think management invests in team success?

Employees will work with dedication only if the management will value them, invest their strength and money. If employees are constantly cut their salaries, fined, delayed payments, and deprived of bonuses, then it is unlikely that subordinates will try hard.
