At least part of the time that is spent on virtual communication is worth spending on taking care of yourself. Make it a rule to turn off communications with the outside world for several hours a day. Warn colleagues, friends, and relatives that you will not be available at this time. Nothing terrible will happen if you allow yourself to rest.

My girlfriend, a careerist, categorically does not recommend using electronic devices two hours before bedtime. This leads to problems with falling asleep, insomnia.

Think, Pray, Meditate
