Technology Integration into the Workspace: Half of the US business leaders surveyed believe that integrating technology into the workflow (or digitizing the workspace) will be a major challenge in the next five years. Worldwide, 60% of business leaders are concerned about this.

Adapting to changing employee expectations: young employees have high expectations regarding their work and the space in which they work - 44% of business leaders believe that meeting the growing demands of employees will be a daunting task.

Increase in the cost of jobs: the high price of commercial real estate means high costs for the maintenance of the office. Due to financial constraints, enterprises may not have the resources to expand - 38% of those surveyed say that the cost of jobs is likely to be an urgent problem over the next five years.
