“I earn about $ 40 a day”: Belarusian students told how they earn money in summer

Modern students prefer not to waste time in vain, but to use the summer vacation to the maximum, because this is a great opportunity to earn some good money. Someone is saving money for study, while someone just wants to gain financial independence so as not to ask for money from their parents. Belarusian students tell what sources of income they have in the summer.

Olga

Olga is a fourth year student at the Belarusian State Medical University. The girl does not hide that her parents help her financially and pay for her studies, and she mainly spends her hard-earned money on travel and entertainment. For example, last year, a student visited Poland and Vilnius, and this year she plans to visit Germany.

Olga has two main sources of income - modeling and trading. The first option - photo shoots and shooting for advertising - is fickle. Nothing depends on you here: there are orders - you work, no - you sit and wait for offers. Over the summer, an average of a little more than 30 thousand rubles comes out.

The second option is more stable, but you can use it only in the summer. Girl sells balls, toys, cocktails, popcorn. Salary is ten percent of revenue. If the trade went badly, then they give a minimum amount of 935 rubles. However, the girl says that on a normal day she hands over a cash register of 31 thousand rubles. Accordingly, 3 thousand of this sum of it. Calculation occurs daily.

A special full house happens on holidays, when concerts and various entertainment events take place in the city. Then there are many people and the demand for goods is higher. On such days, you can earn 4600 rubles only on balls alone.

Alesia

Alesya is a second year student at Belarusian State University. An ambitious girl independently came from the province to conquer the capital. She managed to enter the budget, so she gained financial independence from her parents quite early.

Alesya can be called a novice entrepreneur. She is a master browist. The girl got into this sphere of the beauty industry by accident, even when she was in school, in the tenth grade. A friend of hers showed her how to make eyebrows, shared secrets, after which Alesya began to practice independently. At first I didn’t take money from clients, basically I rendered services to my friends. Then, thanks to word of mouth, the first real clients appeared, and, accordingly, the first earnings.

Alesya transferred her “business” to Minsk. True, in the hostel where she lives, students have little money, so our heroine works for a lower price than in her native city. For one procedure, the girl receives from 180 to 310 rubles. She also leads her Telegram channel, which only now, six months after its creation, began to bring real money. The cost of one advertising post is 4400 rubles. The total income for the last month amounted to almost 57 thousand rubles.

Katya

Katya is a second year student at the Belarusian State Medical University. She studies on a budget and receives a scholarship in the amount of a little more than 3 thousand rubles. Of course, this money is not enough for a good and fun life, so the girl found a side job. Unlike previous heroines, Katya discovered a job that can be combined with study - this is promotion.

The girl finds current offers on social networks. For example, last week foreigners came to the city, so Katya needed to show them what, where and how, to help orient themselves in an unfamiliar place. The work can not be called easy because of the tight schedule: three days in a row from half past six in the morning until eleven in the evening on my feet! But in the end it turns out to earn more than six thousand rubles. When a girl studies, she takes shifts from Friday evening to the weekend, especially since there is not always a condition to work three days in a row.

Vlada

Vlada is a fourth year student at Belarusian State University, at the Faculty of Journalism. Now she is practicing in a local newspaper, but the editorial office is not every day. In her free time, the girl works as a promoter. It is recognized that the work is not very dusty: you stand at the counter, talk about products, distribute booklets. For four hours you get 620 rubles. The downside is that, firstly, you need to talk a lot, and secondly, money comes from the employer only after a month or two.

Underwater rocks

The girl dreamed of getting a job as a barista, since the work is paid well. Per month, employees receive 28 thousand rubles. However, unfortunately, Vlad cannot go to work full time, because she has practice. And secondly, in order to become a barista, you need to make a sanitary book, and this is an additional one and a half thousand rubles.

Anna

Anna is a second year student at Minsk State Linguistic University. She found work for the summer through friends. Her friend has her own company, so he took Anna without any problems for a summer part-time job, for two months. The responsibilities of our heroine are as follows: you need to download the catalogs of current shares in the application so that customers can familiarize themselves with them electronically. Schedule: five days a week on weekdays from nine in the morning to six in the evening. Anna hides her salary, since she does not have the right to spread about such confidential information, however, she admits that she has enough money for entertainment, clothing, etc., and to postpone the "nest egg".

Unfortunately, it is impossible to combine such work with study, because you need to spend most of the time in the office, so our heroine does not plan to earn extra money in the fall and winter.
