Agalarov Estate is a private closed community for billionaires. It is a small village located fifty kilometers from Moscow. Here are located not only the houses of local residents, but also a huge golf course, three restaurants, a luxury hotel, a spa, a fitness center, a school and much more. Agalarov Estate - this is three hundred thousand hectares of land, which is almost impossible to get, but the American journalist still visited inside and talked about what she saw.
“I was told that fifteen years ago there was a continuous field,” the American journalist enthusiastically and cautiously tells about the elite village in the Moscow region, which has a stylish and simple name - Agalarov Estate. Katie Warren writes in a business magazine about real estate, which is probably why she was approved of such an exclusive tour to a closed, strictly guarded place. "Everything here is so private that I was not even allowed to take pictures at home." The guides told the journalist that many Russian businessmen, politicians and even pop stars live here, so you can only capture common areas on the camera.
Agalarov estate
This elite village was built by Aras Agalarov, a billionaire developer, who, due to the fact that he calls the objects by his own name, was nicknamed "Russian Trump" in wide circles.
Agalarov’s company, Crocus Group, has developed almost four million square meters of real estate throughout the country, including various restaurants and exhibition centers, a concert hall and even a bank.
Agalarov Estate is located just half an hour from the center of Moscow along Novorizhskoe highway.
Beach and transport
The estate has a private beach club for locals, of course. An Italian restaurant is also functioning here, in addition to European cuisine, dishes of Azerbaijani national cuisine are presented. Outside is a resort-style pool with sun loungers.
"I did not see a large number of vehicles that would drive during my stay at the estate, but those that I managed to see were definitely luxury cars," the journalist shares her impressions.
Katie did not see the frantic traffic because many locals travel from home to Moscow and back by helicopter.
Hotel and architecture
Agalarov Estate has its own private hotel, a room in which, of course, can only be booked by residents of the estate. "Although I was not able to photograph private houses, the hotel architecture is a good example of the general style of all Agalarov Estate structures," the journalist says. Many of the houses here are also made of bricks and decorated with elegant details such as columns.
Nevertheless, the developer himself back in 2008 said that the styles will be different. “All of them will resemble well-known architectural styles. I believe that we will achieve the result of construction that meets the highest quality criteria in Russia,” Aras Agalarov said.
The marble lobby of the hotel is complemented by a magnificent front staircase and bouquets of various fresh flowers, set on a table in the middle of the hallway.
Spa and fitness center
Nine spas offer facial and body treatments, many massages, and herbal steam rooms and aromatic baths.
Crocus Fitness is a luxurious fitness room with an area of five hundred thousand square meters. Six tennis courts - this requires a lot of space. There is also a boxing ring, as well as numerous fitness equipment.
“When I went to the fitness center, I found that it was completely empty,” says Katie.
Golf Club
A golf club is also provided for residents.Membership in it costs a million rubles a year, and members can invite three guests. The famous American architect worked on the 18-hole field project. Inside the golf club, guests are greeted by a statue of a golfer located directly behind the reception.
There are also three restaurants on site, which host various parties and other events after golf tournaments.
School and home
Next to the golf club is a private school, of course, for local children. The teachers here are native English speakers.
"When we were driving through a closed estate, I was more and more upset that I could not take pictures of luxurious houses, some of which exceeded two thousand square meters. Agalarov Estate consists of 260 houses, the cheapest of which costs six million dollars. There were houses that were just under construction, but even they forbade me to take pictures, "the journalist says.
