Using the state portal, citizens can not only get a discount on services, but also learn about debt. For some, the information may come as a surprise. Citizens have the opportunity to see the amount for payment on the state portal. But not everyone is aware that the court debt at the State Service is debts to the FSSP of the Russian Federation.
How to learn about debt?
Information on debt to bailiffs is publicly available. To find out, the client must register on the portal and enter the ESIA system. There are some features.
Registration and use of the site are free. Get information about the amount of debt to the bailiffs can only the account holder himself. Information is available around the clock, without days off.
In order to see what this court debt on the State Services represents and to find out the amount of debt, the client must go to the main page of the portal. On the right side of the screen is a service of popular services and requests. Among them is information called “Litigation”.
By clicking on the line, the client will be taken to the page with the necessary information from the FSSP. Data is transmitted from the regional branch of the Bailiff Service. Information is updated daily.
How to understand what is debt?
Trying to find information about the canceled arrests, many users have no idea that this is a court debt on the State Services. The client sees information about the obligations when going to the window on the main page. The service automatically generates information about outstanding arrests.
No debt data will also be displayed in the system. When analyzing the information, it should be borne in mind that obligations repaid within 1-3 days can still be displayed in the system. This is due to the speed of receipt of funds to the FSSP account.
When paying online, money comes in during the day. But if the payer transferred the funds by bank transfer, they can only reach the bailiffs accounts after a few days.
How to pay a debt?
If the payer saw the presence of accounts in the section and realized that this is a court debt on the State Services, he must pay off the obligations. There are several ways to do this:
- via online banking;
- at the box office of financial organizations;
- through the terminals;
- on a single portal.
The most convenient way to get rid of debts to bailiffs is to pay off debt on the website of the State Service.
How to pay legal debts through "State services":
- Go to the Litigation tab.
- Choose the necessary fine.
- Go to payment following the instructions of the service.
- Choose a method of transferring money, for example, by credit card.
- Enter the means of payment.
- Confirm the operation by code from SMS from the bank.
- Get a receipt of the operation.
The second way is to pay by the details. To repay a debt should:
- Go to the Litigation tab.
- Select the line "By receipt number" in the first block.
- Enter the PIN or decision number.
- View the information that appears. If a fine is found, then the data will include the number of the enforcement proceedings, the person in respect of whom the obligations are open, the name of the judicial authority, the amount and details of the payment.
- Go to payment by choosing a method of paying off debt.
- Confirm the operation.
Where are legal fees payments displayed?
Checks of payments and information on fulfilled obligations are displayed in the second block of the section “Litigation”.To view the repaid debts of bailiffs at the State Service, you need to click on the "Payments" tab. Having selected the check, payers can print the necessary document.
