In 2014, changes were made to the Civil Code. Along with horticultural, vegetable garden and country cooperatives (SNT, DNT, ONT), a new legal form of ownership has appeared - the partnership of real estate owners (TSN). About it and will be discussed later in this article.

  • notarized minutes of the meeting;

  • receipt of state duty.

After registration, you must open a bank account. It will receive membership fees and utility bills. If there is no quorum, the initiator may convene a second meeting and make a decision in absentia. Decisions made in this way should be communicated to all members of society.
