The situation with enrollment in kindergartens in our country is very difficult. Sometimes, during pregnancy courses, young parents are already warned that it is necessary to write an application to kindergarten immediately after the birth of a child. And there you’ll be so lucky: maybe the child will go to kindergarten in two or three years, or maybe only to school. And the remoteness of the garden during distribution does not play a fundamental role, because the main thing is that the child care institution belongs to the area where the child lives. 
Anyway, the child needs to attend kindergarten, because this is his first educational institution, and for parents - the only opportunity to work. Admission of children to preschool educational institutions is possible only if there are free places, and the number of people wishing to get reaches three to four people per place. Stages of registration of a child in a preschool educational institution
The process of registering a child in kindergarten consists of several stages.
- The first thing to do is to register the child at the place of residence. Temporary or permanent registration will serve as proof that the child actually lives in the specified area and has the right to visit a nearby kindergarten.
- Join the electronic queue. To do this, you need to apply for any of the three methods:
- in the personal account of the website of the State Services;
- at the specialist of the MFC;
- personally in the district department of education;
- to collect all the necessary documents and provide them for registration, as well as when applying directly to the DOW.
List of documents required for queuing
To submit an application through the site, it is enough to provide scanned copies, and for a personal visit to the MFC or RONO it is necessary to have the originals and copies of the following documents:
- statement;
- identity card of parents or legal representatives;
- birth certificate;
- certificate of registration of the child from the management company.
If there are benefits, you will have to provide a document confirming their availability. Documents confirming the need to enroll the child in groups with a health-improving or compensating focus, if necessary, should also be attached. 
The queue for kindergarten by the application number assigned during registration can be tracked independently in the appropriate section on the local administration’s Internet resource. How is tracking? You can track the current situation with the queue using the special number received when applying for the preschool institution. So, there is a free place where it is possible to enroll a child. But it’s too early to rejoice, it’s time to collect certificates and correctly fill out all the applications and questionnaires, because with errors in design and correction, time is delayed and the place can be given to another baby.

The list of documents for enrolling a child in a DOU
When enrolling a child in kindergarten, parents should provide the following package of documents:
- application for kindergarten (correctness and example of registration will be discussed below);
- birth certificate;
- certificate of registration;
- medical certificate form No. 026 and vaccination card;
- documents on benefits, if any;
- documents confirming the right to stay in Russia (only for foreign citizens).
It is advisable to immediately make hard copies of these documents, as well as attach a copy of the medical insurance policy - they will still be required in the kindergarten and will be attached to the personal file of the child.
Medical documents can be obtained in the clinic to which the child is attached. It should be noted that obtaining a certificate of permission to visit the garden may take some time, since you will have to visit an ENT doctor, ophthalmologist, speech therapist, neurologist, dermatologist, dentist, surgeon, as well as take tests. After passing the medical examination, the district pediatrician will make all the necessary extracts, prepare a vaccination card and give an opinion for the kindergarten.

The head of the DOU, after checking all the collected documents, will offer to write a statement to the parent or representative of the child. You can prepare an application for kindergarten in advance at home and come with a ready-made document in order to save time. The form can be downloaded on the Internet, especially since a child care institution that has a page on the network, as a rule, puts out a form for download and places a sample application in kindergarten there. In order not to have to redo it, it should be noted that when submitting an application, a passport of a child’s representative is required.
Information necessary for indicating in the application to kindergarten:
- full surname, name, patronymic of the child;
- place, date of birth (as a document);
- F. I. O. of both parents completely;
- address of residence of the child;
- telephone of father or mother for communication.
As a rule, on the back of the application there is a questionnaire for parents, where you will need to enter information about the education, place of work of both parents, indicate work phones.
An application for kindergarten should be filled in slowly, the information should be accurate, checking with the documents. To accurately indicate the name of the child care institution, it is necessary to clarify the charter spelling in advance, as well as the name of the head of the head.
After filling in, it is good to check the application for kindergarten again, right up to the letter, to exclude accidental errors.
Do not be afraid that the kindergarten asks for information about the place of work of parents and phones. They are needed for emergency communications during the day when the child will be directly under the supervision of educators. In case of failure
There are situations when all the documents are collected, but the child is suddenly refused a place. Then you need to ask the manager to issue a written refusal indicating the reasons. 
With such a document, you can file a lawsuit in court, citing the constitutional right to education. The probability of winning a court is very high.
