So, in the northern regions, the price of land is much lower, but growing greenery is more costly. It can be said unprofitable. In the southern regions (as well as in the middle lane) with the price of land it is more difficult, but investments pay off much faster.

In addition to the fact that there should be a plot of land, greenhouses are also needed. This will allow you to grow greens quickly and year-round. As practice shows, the most active consumers are nearby regions and districts. This means that you can not spend much on the transportation of products.

Hydroponic installations are especially popular. Their meaning is that greenery does not grow in a completely natural way. Its growth and development is supported by nutrients. Only this material allows you to make the greenhouse universal for any weather (whether it is cloudy or sunny).

The list can be significantly expanded due to which particular region is growing.

What can you play for yourself plus? Heating! Many entrepreneurs use a conventional wood-burning stove for heating. This allows you to maintain the temperature in the greenhouse without the high cost of money and energy.

It is important that the cultivation is monitored by a person who understands this, because each of the cultures requires special attention. So, growing green onions does not mean planting seeds, namely, already ripened and sprouted bulbs in the ground. And sometimes, it is enough for the onion to be planted in water with nutrients (the same hydropon). This does not affect the taste.

Profitability of the business - at least 40%. Payback period - 3-5 months. This is a record time among plants. If at the initial stage you invested about 500 thousand rubles, be sure that after 3 months your expenses will pay off in full.

The only negative that may be is the territorial predisposition to business. If you are planning a business, namely growing greens, in the northern regions, then get ready for the fact that the monthly expenses will be quite high (heating, watering, maintenance, labor). Sometimes it’s easier to buy a plot in the middle lane and organize business there, going on endless business trips for control, than to venture in the north. In addition, the soil in the southern regions is more fertile, which allows you to get ready-made plants faster, and most importantly - tastier.

There are a lot of pluses in business - not too capital financial injections, quick payback, good percentage of profitability. Not a single crop business has ever been so popular. The finished product is always in demand, there is always a demand for it. The wholesale price per kilogram of greens never drops below 150 rubles. And given the fact that only one hundredth can grow up to two tons, then your fees will amount to a very, very large amount.

The choice is always yours, but in any case, it is worth evaluating the supply and demand market for this category in advance.
