Types of land management documentation

We are talking about issues related to improving the distribution of land in accordance with the prospects for the development of the Russian economy as a whole in accordance with land categories and forms of ownership.
To date, it is customary to highlight the following areas of their rational use and protection:

The main component of the land management scheme, if we are talking about the territory of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, is considered a system of measures that are aimed at creating sustainable land use, as well as at distributing land of an interbranch plan by land, category and form of ownership. In addition, there is a reasonable placement in accordance with economic and environmental requirements of optimal and compact in terms of area plots, the establishment of favorable conditions in order to effectively conduct agricultural and other economic activities. An important role is played by the sustainable development of cities and other settlements according to urban planning documents, as well as the allocation of land funds of a special nature.
What is a land management project for?
On the territory of Russia in modern production the redistribution of land remains relevant, which is associated with the allocation of farms and the formation of joint-stock agricultural structures. It is important to note that each organization, enterprise or institution for its own placement in one way or another requires the allocation of sites. Moreover, they are necessary not so much for the construction of structures, buildings, roads.

Rural and city administrations accounted for 2%. Land transport, industry, communications occupied 1%. The plots on which the reserves, historical, cultural and health centers were located accounted for 2% of the entire territory. It should be added that approximately 50% of the land fund of Russia was in the territory of forestry structures.

The examination of land management papers is carried out by specialists who have a license to carry out such activities, in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cartography and Cadastre.
