These prices are the same for all subjects of the Russian Federation. If there are no paid state fees, you will be denied services.

How and where to pay the state fee

The state duty for registering a car is accepted at the traffic police department, so you can pay it on the spot when submitting documents.

There are several other ways to pay state fees. You can pay it not only in cash at the cash desk at the MREO traffic police, but also by electronic payment through state and commercial sites. It is also possible to pay the state fee using Internet banking or a mobile bank.

Then you must go through a mandatory inspection of the car at a specialized site. There, a traffic policeman will verify the number of the body and engine of your car. Next, you need to submit papers to the final registration window of the vehicle. Wait for a certificate and license plates. The latter will immediately need to be installed on the car. Also do not forget to inform your insurance agent about the receipt of license plates.
