He has considerable popularity. Arbolit is a wood brick, which is used in the construction of low-rise structures. This material consists of a mixture of cement, water, sawdust and calcium chloride (or aluminum sulphate).
The production of wood concrete is attractive because it does not require special material investments and large production areas. In addition, the manufacture of these products is considered a highly profitable business. All that may be needed is a machine for the production of arbolite blocks and some other equipment. - A solution of aluminum sulfate - 112 liters. For 1000 liters water - 90 kg of dry substance.
- Cement - 237 liters.
- Water. Its amount will depend on the moisture level of the chips. Add water until the mixture begins to shine.
Therefore, for the manufacture of 500 m³ of arbolite blocks, you will need:
- 583,000 liters of wood chips;
- 56,000 liters of aluminum sulfate solution;
- 118,000 liters of cement.
Technology for the production of arbolite blocks
In this case, the following steps exist:
- The implementation of the loading of chips in the mixing station. Also connect the drive and add calcium chloride or aluminum sulphate. In this case, the chips are split to the required size and the sugar is neutralized in it.
- Adding cement and water to the mixing station.
- Transportation of the finished suspension to the place where the machine for the production of arbolite is located and loading it into the molds. This is an important process. After that, pressing is carried out.
- Extracting finished blocks from forms. They should be kept for at least 2-4 days. Then they can be easily moved. Blocks up to 2 meters high can only be folded after 7 days. And only after a month these products gain their final density. The whole process can be significantly accelerated if you use additional equipment for the production of arbolite blocks - drying chambers.

The most successful time for the sale of wood concrete can be considered the spring-autumn period. The wholesale price of 1 m³ will be from 2500 rubles, and retail - 4000 rubles.
