Bodybuilding star Evgeny Mishin was born on February 21, 1976 in the village of Otradnoye, near St. Petersburg. Eugene’s father was a sailor, his mother was a doctor. Today lives and trains in America.
Childhood
Even as a child, Eugene could not even imagine that when he grows up, he will have a big stage waiting for him, and he will become a bodybuilding star. In childhood, the boy did not have much interest in sports. Mishin Eugene did not like physical education lessons and tried to skip them if the opportunity arose. When he was 15 years old, a friend invited him to the gym. Weight training was so beloved by Zhenya that he began to train hard and regularly attend the gym.
Competitive activity
After 4 years of hard training, the athlete took on a good shape and decided to test his strength at amateur competitions held in St. Petersburg. Eugene did not become a winner, but he managed to take fourth place. The guy did not stop there. He continued to visit the hall and prepare for the competitions. He had to change the specifics of his workouts and diet. As a result, he gained good muscle mass. At that time, the athlete's weight reached 125 kg. In 1995, he again took part in competitions in St. Petersburg, but this time he was awarded the title of champion of Russia.
After a victory in his native country, Eugene decides to take part in foreign championships, where he repeatedly receives a victory. In addition to bodybuilding, Mishin Eugene also engaged in powerlifting, which greatly helped him gain a place as a champion. The weight of the athlete for that period reached 159 kg. In 1997, Eugene sat on a strict dryer. For several months, he lost 45 kg and took 5th place among the heavyweights.
Strip show
In 1998, Evgeny Mishin Alexandrovich graduated from the University of Physical Education in St. Petersburg. After a while, he and his friend organize his own strip show, which is called Double hard men's Worked. The duet was so popular with the public that it became popular in many clubs in Russia. The athlete was fond of striptease for five years. The guys managed to win the international strip show contest among the stronger sex.
Relocation to the USA
In 2003, Evgeny Mishin became the owner of a professional card. The athlete’s first tournament was the Champions Night show. The wife liked the USA so much that he decided to move here to live.
