On April 7, 2018, while driving in its lane, a Hyundai Solaris car drove out of a car park in 2013. The culprit was apparently in a hurry. I turned to NASCO for Casco, the same evening a list of official dealers was sent to the email address where you can contact. I chose AutoSpecCenter Kashirka. The next day, I took her service and left it there. Within 2 weeks they reported that the car was recognized as a total. The reason is that restoring airbags and electronics and the front wing will cost more than 65% of the cost of the car. I wrote a statement on the rejection of good balances, the insurance company found a car buyer. The insurance premium was paid for the total, taking into account the aging of the car. I am satisfied with the amount of payments. There is no accounting for aging cars in NASCO, there is GAP insurance. A little more than a month has passed from the moment of the accident to the full payment.

I got a strange situation. Now I will try to describe. I parked the car on the side of the road, next to the office and left. Returning I saw traffic police officers. I had a traffic accident (I am the injured party), issued a Euro protocol a couple of days later came to inspect the car on 06/04/2018, they registered all the documents, said to wait and that they will give an answer within 20 days. I bought a CASCO policy at S-PB NASCO JSC. When I purchased the policy, the agent misinformed me about the presence of Insurance accreditation from the Bank that provided me the loan. After he found out about this, he arrived at the office and wrote a statement on terminating the policy (03.16.18), the office staff promised to transfer money from 5 to 14 days. On the 14th day the contract was not canceled, the money was not returned. After that, I wrote 3 more claims within 1 month, but in addition to sympathy and the provision of a report on the receipt of the application (office in Moscow), they did not return the money. I sent an application to od-ins@nasko.ru, received a response that the application was accepted, but that’s all. After a visit to the office for the 4th time (04.25.18) and communication directly with the department heads, the business moved forward, and movements began in my case. An apology went and another promise to sort it out. 04/28/18 money returned in full.
P.S.Very polite and responsive team, but if you do not want such problems, choose insurance companies having offices (settlement of insured events and divisions for terminating contracts) in St. Petersburg, and not in Moscow or Kazan, which has IC NASCO.
