What does combining mean?

According to the current Labor Code of the Russian Federation, part-time job means official labor activity, which is performed in free time from the main work.

Simply put, a teacher at school, working at a rate, can take a place in another educational institution, if the second job does not interfere with his main labor activity.

  • external (in another organization).

The coefficient 0.8 is applied if the employee's insurance experience is from 5 years to 8 years. And coefficient 1 (i.e. 100%) is applied if the employee's insurance experience exceeds 8 years.
  • The total data is multiplied by the number of days that the employee spent on sick leave. It is worth noting that, in contrast to regular wages, calendar days, that is, weekends, are taken into account when calculating sick leave.

Example

A man has been working at his main place of work for 7 years.For the same 7 years he has been working as an external part-time worker at another enterprise. He receives 30,000 rubles a month at the main place, and 14,000 rubles from the second employer. Over the past 2 years, his earnings have not changed.

The employee went on sick leave for 2 weeks. How will the sick leave payment be paid to an external part-time agent in this case?

  1. It is necessary to calculate the total employee salary for 2 years. 30,000 + 14,000 = 44,000 * 24 = 1,056,000 rubles.
  2. After that, this figure must be divided by 730 days. 1 056 000/730 = 1 446.58 rubles.
  3. Since the employee has been working for only 7 years, a coefficient of 0.8 is applicable to him. 1 446.58 * 0.8 = 1 157.26 rubles.
  4. After this, the resulting number must be multiplied by the number of days spent on sick leave. 1 157.26 * 14 = 16 201.64 rubles.

As a result, an employee who also works as an external part-time employee must be transferred the amount of 16 201.64 rubles. It is worth noting that this is the total amount. That is, each of the employers must list its part.
