Sugar Ray Leonard exhibited his incredible mansion in Los Angeles for 43 million pounds. Leonard is considered one of the greatest world boxers. He built the house himself with his wife 22 years ago. Considered one of the greatest boxers of all time, the former champion with five weight categories spared no money, creating a small piece of paradise.

Boxer House

The stunning villa comes with a tennis court, inside there are seven bedrooms and stone floors imported from Israel. The property covers 1,551 square meters and comes with a huge swimming pool and other amenities. Reliably sheltered behind a double gate, the mansion covered in ivy also has amazing fireplaces from Europe.

In addition to the pool, tennis court and golf course, the Los Angeles estate has a gym, solarium and media room.

Peaceful oasis

The house is located in Palisades Rivera behind a double gate on two acres of land that Leonard bought in 1993 and built the house in 1997.

The seven-bedroom house includes a master room with a private terrace overlooking the ocean and canyon. Outside, the spacious pool is surrounded by a spa, magnificent landscaped gardens, a private courtyard and even a two-story guesthouse.

Dining room, solarium, pool, tennis court and much more

At the entrance there is a large car yard with a separate garage on the side of the road. The house has "various exits with several entertainment areas", and the main entrance leads to the "official lobby". The lobby leads to the “large central hall”, which connects to the living room, dining room, solarium and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen includes "professional appliances, an island in the center, a breakfast bar and an adjoining family room."

The mansion also includes a separate two-story guest house, which is located next to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen on the first level and a guest bedroom on the second floor and a bathroom.

A stone fireplace adorns the master bedroom. One of the seven bedrooms, which is the main one, leads to two balconies overlooking the lawns.

Stone columns frame the solarium, and three arched openings connect the space with the street. Winding paths run through green areas, accessing the tennis court and poolside kitchen, which is ideal for dining with guests.

Putting the house up for sale, Leonard Bernadette's wife said: “This house was a peaceful oasis. “We are lucky that we have a place that allows us to hold both intimate family meetings and major fundraising events. “I hope that the future owner will cherish this house as well as our family.”

During his outstanding career, Leonard won titles in various weight categories - welterweight, 1st middle, middle, 2nd middle, light heavy.

Sugar is considered one of the greatest Pound Fo Pound fighters in the history of his career: 36 wins in 40 fights, losing only three times in the ring. American star Leonard was the first boxer to overcome the $ 100 million prize pool barrier, as he was also called the Boxer of the Decade in the 1980s, which helped to take his place at the forefront of the era after Muhammad Ali.
