The woman divorced her husband. And she was able to turn a modest brand into a business empire

A mother of two children alone managed to develop a very small business into a recognizable brand. The woman herself notes that divorce was a kind of impetus to the development of her business. At the same time, the owner of the brand managed to become not only a fairly successful businessman, but also an excellent mother for twins.

Brand creation

Initially, Reika Roberts worked in a recruiting company, where she had to spend a lot of time. After the birth of her children, she had to reconsider her views on life, since she wanted to devote to children at least as much time as work. Pondering over the question of what she could do, Reika decided to stay on creating a skin care brand.

Initially, she didn’t even have a place to place the company’s office. As a result, it became the garage of her own home. In the future, he was even transferred directly to the bedroom.

Divorce as a catalyst for business growth

Reika Roberts had already been in the skin care business for several years when a breakdown began in her family. In the end, she had to raise 2 children alone. As Reika Roberts herself noted, immediately after the divorce, the main financial problem turned out to be her. According to her, there is a big difference between when 2 people bring family income and when you have to earn and support 2 children yourself.

Despite all the difficulties, Reika Roberts was able not only to provide for herself and 2 twins, but also to significantly develop her business. Today it has almost its own empire.

The hard way to success

The 32-year-old girl, left alone with 2 children, a huge number of problems and a fragile business, got together and was able to succeed. Today, Reike Roberts is 49 years old. She recalls that, first of all, she had to engage in the popularization of her business. She did this by phoning companies from the so-called yellow pages.

In the vast majority of cases, the girl was refused cooperation, but gradually she managed to find both business partners and a fairly large clientele. As a result, only 1 year after the end of the divorce proceedings, Reika Roberts managed to increase the company's profit by 2 times. This allowed her to invest even more in her development, as well as independently support herself and her children.

Today, the 49-year-old woman is confident that even the most serious troubles should not cause sadness and hopelessness.
