Here are some effective ways to motivate employees.

Provide meaningful benefits.

Then consider other options that will interest employees and will be your benefits. Set appropriate goals

You cannot motivate a person without a goal. Aimless work leads to the fact that workers begin to get bored, they are sucked in by routine and monotony. Simply put, they don’t know what to strive for. Your task as a leader is to set specific goals and convey them to each employee. Indicate the dates and “control” intermediate points when you will monitor the dynamics and make sure that you are moving in the right direction.

Give workers freedom

You must be flexible regarding working conditions and schedules if you want subordinates to remain motivated. Think about remote work, perhaps a flexible schedule. This is very important, since a person can feel relative freedom of action. According to the survey, 96% of employees dream of the possibility of flexible working conditions, but only 46% have them. Discuss this issue with employees and make sure that you do not limit them to too tight a framework.

Be thankful

Employees who feel valued are more motivated and show better results than those who encounter ungrateful bosses. Show people that you value their input. Do not skimp on well-deserved praise and often say "Thank you." This will create a positive and warm atmosphere in the team.
