Vika was so happy about buying a new apartment. Yes, the socket, yes, the secondary market, but in a great place and such a wonderful view from the window. And they bought it profitably, the previous owners didn’t really bother when Victoria’s husband began to bargain. They said that they urgently needed to leave, so such a rush.

Vika immediately found a team of specialists who promised to make a smart repair in the shortest possible time. True, it was not cheap, but they were recommended as the best.

Soon the 70-meter apartment sparkled. The so-called "Sovdepovsky" option turned into an elite housing.

The apartment is a fairy tale, but ...

Everything turned out in the best possible way, the guys were beside themselves with happiness.

But trouble soon rained down. It turned out that living there is simply impossible.

Vika recalls how she carefully selected the sconces and fixtures in each room so that they harmoniously blend with the decor. Woe-masters left the old wiring, and the lamps were installed somehow. Everything rested literally on parole.

As a result, the light went out constantly, literally from every rustle. But friends were jealous, because outwardly everything was done with dignity.

But that is not all. The floor creaked terribly in the apartment.

Because of this, I even had to move the bed, because it stood in the very "creaking" place.

Masters advised not to clean the old parquet. They convinced him that he was still in excellent condition and would last 100 years.

But how did he creak ... Especially at night, when the husband got up to drink water. The creak was so loud and annoying that they pushed the bed into a corner, although they had originally planned to sleep by the window.

During the repair, the gas station was removed. Why is it, because a boiler is much more convenient? Now this miracle cuts off the light in the whole apartment. The same goes for the dishwasher. It’s much easier to wash the dishes by hand. True, the water is cold.

But this is not so bad. The main thing is that she be. A good view outside the window - yes, it's super, but! In the houses of the old foundation, water does not always reach the upper floor. Or the pressure is so weak that you have to wash at night, when it will be done in the rest of the apartments.

Vika already planned to install a special pump, fortunately, a neighbor suggested that the reason is different. Once they faced a similar problem. Replacing old pipes helped.

Of course, you can replace it, but not after repair. It's a shame to start all over again.

In general, the girlfriend got angry in earnest and decided to get rid of the ill-fated housing. Now she understood why the previous owners were in such a hurry to sell it. Yes, Vika will lose a lot, but only her nerves are more precious. She no longer wants to stay there.
