If the region in which the company is located uses the credit method, that is, fully pays for the temporary disability benefit, and then shows the amount of Social Insurance Fund, then the employee acts as follows:

So, an employee whose experience is less than five years is entitled to only sixty percent of the total. In this case, he will receive only 575 rubles and 34 kopecks. More and more regions are gradually joining the FSS project, which was introduced in 2015. This means that now the amount that the employee receives will be divided. The enterprise and the FSS will pay each of its part.
