Under Russian law, subsidies for the FSB are material support for employees who need better housing conditions. What can the subsidy be spent on:

Subsidies for the FSB are regulated by the following acts:

  1. Housing Code of our country.

  5. Decisions of the Government, which contain the procedure for the provision and calculation of benefits.

Who should

To apply for subsidies for the FSB, you need to belong to one of the following categories:

  1. People who served under the contract no later than 1998.
  2. Employees who live in official housing for the duration of their work.
  3. People with a length of service of at least 20 years. Even if a person has already quit his job, but has worked this period, he can also apply for a subsidy.

It turns out that only those military personnel who need to solve housing problems can count on state aid. By the way, support for former FSB officers who have served 10 years also relies on. It is provided only if the employee has been dismissed for medical reasons or due to a reduction.

There is another important point: the FSB housing subsidy is due not only to employees, but also to their families. If an employee died, this does not mean that the right to support is lost. It just goes to the spouse.

The FSB's housing subsidy has a number of features. For example, at a time when the relevant legislation had not yet been passed, employees were entitled only to housing financed by the Ministry of Defense. But time is running and everything is changing. Now FSB officers can:

What do we have to do

Housing for military personnel

To apply for a housing subsidy for the FSB, you must act in the accepted order. Namely:

  1. Submit a report (written statement) stating that the soldier wants to improve housing conditions. The document must be filed at the duty station. After filing, the report is first agreed with the leadership, and then considered by a special commission.
  2. After consideration, a positive or negative decision is made.
  3. The decision that was made on the issue must necessarily be documented. How does this happen? It is entered in the protocol, which is established by legislative acts.
  4. The next step is to wait for the moment when the queues for assistance will be drawn up. Typically, such lists are submitted each year at the end of March.
  5. Then the employee’s documents are checked, as a result of which a protocol is compiled.
  6. The decision made by the housing commission is sent to the finance department.
  7. The employee provides bank details for the transfer of funds.
  8. Crediting a subsidy to FSB servicemen on the account provided.
  9. The last step is to remove the employee from the queue, because help has already been provided to him.

How to calculate the subsidy?

How do you know how much you can count on? It is only necessary to calculate it, taking into account the number of family members and duration of service. The formula is approved at the legislative level and is as follows: RS = P * S * K.

Symbols mean the following:

  1. RS is the amount of the subsidy.
  2. C is the norm of value established by law.
  3. P - the area of ​​the premises, which relies according to regulatory documents.
  4. K is a coefficient that is set in accordance with the service life.

To calculate the total area that is supposed to be military personnel, people rely on housing standards. So, for one FSB officer, 33 square meters are laid, for a family of two people - 42 square meters. If the family consists of three or more people, then for each family member is 18 square meters.

The subsidy to FSB servicemen also depends on the price per square meter of housing. Prices vary by region, and therefore will be different everywhere. For example, in Moscow, a square meter will cost 90,000 rubles, and somewhere in the province - 54,000.

The coefficient is calculated individually for each employee, and in these calculations, his term of service is taken into account. To receive a subsidy, FSB officers need to work at least ten years in the structure. With this experience, the coefficient will be equal to 1.85. If the experience varies from 16 to 20 years, then the measurement of the coefficient increases to 2.25. After a person has served 21 years, the ratio grows every year and can reach 2.75.

A housing subsidy to FSB officers is provided only if the serviceman does not own any housing. At the same time, meters are taken into account not only in our country, but also abroad. If the employee has meters, then the calculation is made differently. In this case, the housing subsidy for the FSB vovan 033 covers only those square meters that are not enough to the norm. It turns out that the existing one is deducted from the relying area, and the difference is applied in the calculations.

Approximately the same rules apply in concluding a lease agreement. It is important to remember that even if the whole family works in the FSB, this does not guarantee the receipt of several apartments. This point is clearly spelled out in the law, and any attempts to circumvent it are considered illegal.

Contracted military personnel may delay the grant. This means that the employee has the right to postpone the payment of subsidies in order to gain experience and thereby increase the coefficient. But again, it’s better to do this only when the cost of renting housing is less than the expected benefit.

How extra space is provided

We have already noted above that a housing subsidy to FSB servicemen can also be provided as an additional incentive. Thus, the total area is increased by 15 square meters. Who can count on this kind of encouragement:

  1. Distinguished servicemen who received an honorary title.
  2. Teachers who work in military educational institutions, as well as persons carrying out scientific activities and having a military rank.
  3. Commanders of military units.
  4. Generals, lieutenant colonels, marshals.

All other FSB officers cannot qualify for additional meters.

What documents are needed

To receive a housing subsidy, the FSB officer will have to collect the necessary documents. The law establishes a specific list that must be observed:

  1. Report from an employee.
  2. Marriage Registration Certificate. What is needed is not the original, but a copy.
  3. Copies of documents proving the identity of all family members who apply for state assistance. If the children do not yet have passports, then a birth certificate must be provided.
  4. If there are additional benefits, the employee must provide documents confirming this. Again, copies are needed, not originals.
  5. When the spouse of the deceased employee draws up a benefit, a certificate from the place of service of the deceased is required.

  1. An employee who is a member of the officers, and began his service later than 1998. At the same time, he must live with his family.
  2. Contractor who graduated after 1998. He should be immediately enlisted in the officers and live with his family.
  3. Petty Officer, who got a job on a contract after the deadline and lives with his family.

The conditions for providing housing are such that they imply the use of space for the entire life of the employee. You can also not choose the location of real estate, it is provided in military camps at the location of the unit. If an employee received housing, then he is removed from the register and he cannot apply for a subsidy until the end of the term for using real estate.

To draw up a contract of employment, you need to collect certain documents:

This law says that an employee who has worked in the structure for more than 20 years can privatize housing. But some other employees who have stopped serving for some reason can also privatize the area:

  3. There are medical indications or the state of health has become unsatisfactory.

By the way, the right to privatization implies that you can arrange housing for any member of the employee’s family. For this procedure you will need:

  3. Written consent from all family members for privatization.

There is such a state program. It is available to employees who have signed a contract since 2005. It differs mainly in that a soldier can get housing on special conditions, even if he already has a living space.

From the moment he starts the service, a special target account is opened in his name, which is replenished every month. After three years, the employee can use the savings as a down payment. Any subsequent payments will be made at public expense.

What are the advantages of such a mortgage:

  1. A soldier can choose where the property will be located, its size and type.
  2. Waiting periods are reduced. If you can get a subsidy only after ten years of service, then you can use a military mortgage after three years.
  3. Using the program, you can buy housing in a new building, as well as in the secondary market. It is forbidden only to purchase emergency and dilapidated housing, square meters in the hostel. This rule is due to the fact that in case of insolvency of the borrower, the bank will not be able to receive money through the purchase of such housing.

  5. With mortgage funds you can buy a private house and land.
