Gennady Balashov - Ukrainian businessman and politician. He was born in 1961, February 20, in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, which until May 19, 2016 was called Dnepropetrovsk. Gennady Balashov is a well-known apologist for a radical tax reform in Ukraine. Gennady Balashov served in the airborne troops of the Soviet Army from 1979 to 1981 in Konotop.
