This is achieved by air diffusion until the low pressure is completely equalized, which is formed due to the cooling and condensation of the blowing agent.

When the granules pass the holding period in the hopper, they are poured into a mold, where they are subjected to heat treatment by saturated steam. This leads to their increase in volume. This secondary foaming is carried out in a closed volume, so the free gaps between the spherical parts are filled with their mutual deformation.

After cooling, the molded part acquires the specified dimensions. Forms vary in the degree of tightness and automation. The simplest and at the same time cheap ones work in manual mode. An increase in the quality of execution and the degree of automation leads to a significant increase in prices.
