Employee Requirements

Intersectoral labor protection rules oblige personnel entering the enterprise to have vocational training appropriate to the nature of their activities. Vocational training, advanced training, briefings and knowledge tests are carried out in accordance with the requirements of industry and state regulatory documents on labor protection. Assessment of the health status of employees is carried out before they are accepted into the staff of the enterprise. In addition, the Intersectoral labor protection rules require periodic inspections in the manner established by the Ministry of Health. Administrations of organizations are required to indicate the combined professions in the direction of physical examination.

Training

Intersectoral labor protection rules require employers to conduct targeted briefings before enrolling citizens. Prior to admission to independent activities, personnel must be trained in methods for relieving victims of electric current. Each employee should be able to provide first aid in case of accidents. Intersectoral labor protection rules also prescribe that the personnel must pass a knowledge test of normative and technical documentation as part of the requirements for the relevant profession or position. Its composition, in particular, includes instructions, regulations on health and safety, use of PPE, etc.Personnel directly involved in potentially hazardous work should receive an electrical safety group (according to Appendix No. 1 to the Rules under consideration). Workers who pass the knowledge test receive certificates. They enter the results of the certification. The form of certification is given in Appendix No. 2.

Special work

A mark on the availability of the right to produce them is placed in the certificate issued by the results of the knowledge test. The following are considered special:

1. Treetop.

Organizational activities

Responsible employees

They are appointed by order of the employer. The persons responsible for the safety of work are:

4. Contractors of work.
5. The watchers.
6. The members of the brigade.

Specificity

The person who issues the order, gives orders, independently determines the possibility and necessity of safe work. He is responsible for the correctness and sufficiency of the measures indicated in the documentation, for the quantitative and qualitative composition of the brigade, and the compliance of tasks with the existing access groups. In addition, he conducts targeted briefing with the head of work, performers, observers.

Contractor Responsibility

The work producer has certain responsibilities in preparing and completing tasks. He is responsible for:

1. Compliance of the work site with the instructions in the order, additional safety measures, if necessary under the conditions of work.
2. The completeness and clarity of the targeted briefing team.
3. Availability, functional condition and proper use of protective equipment, devices, equipment, tools.
4. Safety at the site of fencing, grounding, posters, locking devices.
5. Safety of work and compliance with Intersectoral rules.
6. Conducting continuous monitoring of the activities of team members.

Each employee must comply with the established requirements, instructions, instructions received during admission and during the implementation of work. Team supervision is the responsibility of the supervisor. He, among other things, is responsible for the safety of workers and the completeness of measures taken to prevent electric shock during operation of the electrical installation.
