Powdered milk and water enter the mixer, here it all swells, mixes with sugar and fats coming from the melter. The finished mixture passes through a homogenizer, then receives heat treatment in the reactor.

If it then goes to the packaging, in this case there may be a precipitation of sugar crystals, which the consumer notes as a sensation of sand on the teeth. This indicates a low quality product. Ideally, the mass undergoes special cooling in the mold, after which homogeneous condensed milk enters the packaging.

The line is selected in accordance with production requests. For industrial giants, fully automated equipment is available. It includes:

  • grease furnace 200 l;
  • 500 l vacuum reactor;
  • four-stage homogenizer;
  • vacuum crystallizer-cooler;
  • fat feed pump;
  • Condensed milk pump
  • intermediate capacity per 1000 l;
  • reactor-pasteurizer for pasteurization and production of boiled condensed milk.

Such a line costs not cheaply - almost 3 million rubles, but due to the high quality of condensed milk and large volumes (200 kg per hour), the costs quickly pay off.

Volume of your production

If you live in a small village or village, then it makes sense to start not a giant production, but a small workshop. For this option, you can buy equipment for the production of condensed milk like UMS-4, plus a VMS-100 milk powder reducing agent.

This is a very compact installation that is suitable even for home use. Your workshop can be located in a room measuring only 20 m2and one person can easily serve it. For every 4 hours you will receive 11 kg of condensed milk, therefore, for an eight-hour shift - about 75 jars.

Only in this case, you can indicate on the packaging that whole milk, condensed with sugar. It is usually in great demand among consumers and it is this product that is valued above all other types of canned milk. A fully automated apparatus for the production of condensed milk costs about 500,000 rubles and includes a separator that analyzes the composition of the raw materials, after which you can add cream to it to increase the fat content, or, conversely, separate them.

The next step is the milk passes into the pasteurization tank, so all pathogenic microflora is killed. If necessary, the resulting product can be stored for a long time, it is convenient if a large batch of fresh milk arrives for production.

Then the milk is cooled, sugar is introduced into it, and now it enters the main vacuum-evaporation unit. The mixture boils instantly, and the liquid in the form of steam is discharged through special outlet pipes.

Then the condensed milk enters the crystallizer coolers. After lowering the temperature to 20 degrees, the milled lactose is introduced into the mixture. This allows the mass to remain homogeneous, without sugar crystals. The completely cooled mass goes to the packaging.

Such a technology for the production of condensed milk is considered optimal, so the product is of the highest quality.
