The installation of decorative panels on the facade of a building is necessary not only for decor. The design protects the walls from weather factors, and also serves as an additional layer of insulation.
For the manufacture of individual components of the system, special equipment is needed for the production of ventilated facades. Assembly takes place directly at the facility.
Production scheme
The main advantage of the manufacture of load-bearing structures is the relative simplicity of their production. This requires several types of profiles made of aluminum or galvanized iron. It is preferable to use ready-made elements, since their surface is protected from corrosion.
Sometimes it is necessary to make an economical version of the frame. In this case, the technology of ventilated facades is different from the standard. Racks made at our own production are used as the main load-bearing elements. For this, the method of cold rolling of galvanized steel blanks is used. The advantages of this technology are as follows:
- Low cost of construction.
- The ability to manufacture load-bearing elements of the required size, i.e. during installation, it is not necessary to use additional tools for cutting racks.
Using the stamping method, the fastener parts are manufactured: brackets, clamps, etc.
Frame manufacturing
Any facade system consists of several elements - the frame, fasteners and decorative cladding panels. The supporting structure is made of a special profile - racks. Pre-compiled installation diagram, according to which they are installed.
Often used components from well-known manufacturers. In this case, equipment for the production of ventilated facades will consist of a cutting machine, a copying device for the manufacture of technological holes and a cutting machine.
First, the external wall of the building is measured, and the installation diagram is drawn up according to the received data. Then, the components of the structure — racks and protective elements — are cut into the workshop. At the facility there is only a slight fit. If all the work will take place in the "field" conditions, the probability of making a mistake is high.
Decorative panels
An important component of the facade are the exterior panels. They are mounted on racks using crossbars and serve as a thermal bridge between the building and the street. The panel does not touch the wall, forming a zone of natural convection of air currents.
The panel consists of protective aluminum sheets located at the edges and a heater inside. Exterior panels are painted in any color using powder spraying. Subsequently, a protective layer of paint is formed using heat treatment. This must be done before the final manufacture of the structure, since the insulation will collapse under the influence of temperature. Materials are bonded to each other using special adhesives.
Installation tools
It is not possible to accurately calculate ventilated facade systems. At the factory, billets of racks, crossbars with standard sizes are made, and in place there is an adjustment according to actual parameters. To do this, use detachable mobile circular saws, drills. It is also recommended to have a certain supply of materials for timely replacement of a substandard sheet or panel with the wrong dimensions.
The main advantages of installing ventilated facades are ease of installation and the ability to select almost any configuration. Together with the different colors of the panels, this opens up wide opportunities for creating a truly individual building exterior.
