This means that for those citizens of the Russian Federation who have received the status of a “labor veteran”, benefits allow you to use the services of specialists of state medical institutions, as well as carry out dental prosthetics on a free basis. Moreover, the list of these services includes both production and restoration of dentures in any municipal medical institution. - The Labor Benefits Act provides for the provision of leave for each year. So, persons with a certificate confirming this status are available:
- Paid from the resources of the local budget, trips in rail transport of suburban importance. In order to exercise such a right, it is necessary to present a social card for a resident of Moscow.
- A monthly city cash payment for which budget finances are also used. Payment can be made starting from the month when the veteran will contact the administration with the appropriate statement.
Order of registration
The following procedure is followed in the process of registering a new citizen status:
- claiming regional benefits to labor veterans (future), it is necessary to collect all the necessary documentation and provide it to the social protection department;
- Within three days, the application and documents of the potential veteran will be transferred to the commission, which is considering the issue of conferring the rank;
- 30 days from the date of filing an application;
- the citizen is notified of the decision within 5 days, after which the administrative act is executed;
- if a positive decision is made regarding a specific candidate, a certificate will be issued that will be certified by the head of the social protection authority;
- it is also necessary to apply to social protection authorities to apply for benefits within a specific region.
Required Documentation
In order to obtain the status of “veteran of labor”, benefits and all the appropriate discounts, you need to provide certain documents to the social protection authority. We are talking about the following list:
- SNILS certificate;
- general passport;
- the statement itself;
- pensioner's ID;
- two photos;
- documents that certify medals, ranks and insignias received by those who submit the application;
- certificate from the archive or work book confirming the status of the applicant for the title of labor veteran.
After all these conditions are met, the applicant will be able to obtain a certificate that will confirm his title. But for the completion of the procedure, he will need to file another application with a request for benefits on the basis of the new status.
