The beneficial effects of caffeine on the brain

Also in the course of this study, it was found that the metabolites of xanthine, a chemical that is produced while the brain is trying to process the caffeine that enters the body, only contribute to the beneficial effects of caffeine, tea, chocolate or cocoa on brain health.

The results served as a round for eleven new studies, where scientists tried to understand the full extent of the effect of caffeine on brain health. With their help, it turned out to prove that the regular use of such products helps to lower the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and brain cancer.

Finally, it is worth noting the most recent study, which has only recently been completed at Okayama University. The result has amazed many, because it was clearly shown that caffeine can actually make the brain much more flexible and elastic.

How much coffee is recommended to drink

As you can understand from all of the above, if you want to keep your brain as healthy as possible, you should regularly consume cocoa, coffee or tea.

But about how much it can be drunk, opinions were divided. In general, according to scientists, the ideal daily dose is from six to eight cups, which must be consumed before 2 pm so that they do not subsequently affect the dream.

However, it is clear that such an amount of caffeine is incredibly large for a person, so it is worth replacing part of the coffee with dark, high-quality chocolate. By the way, any caffeinated drinks should be consumed without sugar and cream in order to get the maximum benefit and energy boost for your brain.
