Do not throw or sell a crib when the baby is older. What can be made of it

It is best seen that time flies very quickly, according to how rapidly our children grow. It is sad to admit this, but in the blink of an eye they grow out of their tiny dresses or cradles. This does not mean that you immediately need to part with all the things your baby has. Clothing, however, can be given to those in need or sold, but the cradle should not immediately be in the trash. The crib can be remade in several interesting ways. Here are some inspirational ideas on what you can do with an old cradle without throwing it away. A little change and you get a whole new piece of furniture.

Children's Corner

Children love to build their huts out of sheets or blankets, so if your baby is no longer sleeping in the cradle, you can create an interesting play area from the crib. The top is the perfect place to store toys. You don’t even have to make many changes. It is enough to remove one of the walls of the cradle and turn the bed over.

Garden bench

The crib can be easily turned into a beautiful wooden bench, which is an indispensable attribute of every garden. Such a bench will also look great in the hallway. To do it, you just need to remove the extra elements. On top of the bench you can put a foam rubber mattress or decorate it with pillows.

Little table

A few changes - and from the cradle you get a pretty interesting table for gardening. To do this, remove the bottom of the crib and use it to make a countertop.

Desktop

Is it time to go to school? Create a table for the future student. Remove one of the walls, fix the bottom of the cradle at a height convenient for the child and choose the right chairs.

Hanger for clothes or towels

You can take a separate part of the crib and make a clothes hanger out of it. You can also place magazines, jewelry or even shoes on it. In addition, you can always attach a few additional hooks, which are also convenient to hang something on.

Bunk bed

It may seem irrational, but in fact you can turn an old crib into a new one. Children grow up quickly, so before you think about buying a new crib, you can make a good bed for an older child. To do this, you will need a pair of suitable-sized mattresses that you can do with your own hands, and a small ladder on the second tier of the crib.

Hanger in the bathroom

How about using cots in the bathroom? You can take one of the walls of the cradle and place it next to the bath or shower. It will make an excellent hanger for towels, clothes or other things.

Courtyard House

A cute cottage for playing in the yard will also come out of the old crib. You can attach a roof to the old cradle and decorate it as you wish. For example, use a garland with colored lanterns, flags and flower pots. You can also build a sandbox next to the house so your child can play it.

Clothes dryer

Crib items can also be used as dryers for clothes or for storing bedding.
