Stop eternal snacks at work

Three meals are enough to provide yourself with energy for the whole day. Pay attention to how often you are in a chewing state at work. This refers to small snacks, including tea with cookies and sweets or chocolate bars. Not only do we push an extra portion of additional calories into ourselves (for someone this can be a significant problem), we also harm our body. Snack is considered a separate meal and violates the metabolism in the body.

In fact, when we really want to eat something, this feeling is often caused by a thirst that likes to disguise itself as hunger. Therefore, every time we have an unexpected feeling of hunger, one of the ways to satisfy it can be a glass of water.

Tame stress

Every fourth employee in the office is stressed. The higher the position, the more often this happens and the more visceral fat accumulates around our internal organs. And this is extremely dangerous for human health.

Stress leads to inhibition of the digestive system. As a result, food during stress cannot be properly digested.

And what is the solution in this situation? First of all, you need to determine the cause of stress. If these are minor quarrels or inconveniences, try to avoid them. Perhaps lack of sleep or a serious illness led to stress - then it is almost impossible to eliminate the cause “on the spot”. In this case, you need to learn how to react to it correctly.

Take a walk in the fresh air, do any physical exercise to neutralize the stress hormone cortisol. If, nevertheless, the habit of filling the stomach during stress takes over, try not to seize it, but to drink it first.

Do not skip the main meals

No matter what happens, meals should be taken on schedule. Often, trying to manage to complete an urgent task, we forget about lunch. Lost have to catch up in the evening, at dinner. As a result, foods that should have been distributed over 3 meals are eaten at a time.

This is very harmful, since productivity is directly determined by what and when you eat. Proper nutrition is a kind of control over the state of your body. It is as if you are pushing a button and starting metabolic processes, providing yourself with energy until the next meal. If you have a good dinner, you will not have the desire to eat an elephant at dinner.

We all lack time, but this is no reason to risk our health. Even the busiest people can arrange proper nutrition or set aside an hour for lunch. If it is not possible to leave the office, order delivery or take containers of food with you. Try to spend your lunch time eating and relaxing.
