Lipstick production begins with a batch of fat.To obtain it in a special container, ingredients prepared in advance and measured on a scale are mixed. Then the mixture melts at low temperatures. At the next stage, it is sent to a special mobile container.
One of the stages of the production process is the manufacture of coloring paste, which is subjected to grinding. In this case, the particle size should be from 10 to 15 microns. The degree of grinding is checked using a grinder, and then the mixture is weighed.
The resulting base and dye are mixed together for an hour. The speed of rotation should be at least 500-700 per minute. Then the mixture is subjected to gradual cooling, antioxidants, perfume and various oils are added to it.
The production of lipstick in the next step is the molding process. This stage involves cutting a cosmetic product. At the same time, the tip of the lipstick is given a certain shape. It can be round and beveled, as well as pointed.
This process can be performed both manually and automatically. In the first method, the finished mass of the future product is cast into molds placed on a cooling table. Then the resulting pencils are installed in a pencil case, melted to destroy harmful microbes and get an attractive look.
In the automatic method, the finished mass is poured into metal molds from a special injection boiler. The equipment sends the finished fondant pencils to the pencil cases prepared for them, sending them further to manual packaging.
