Every day, a person waking up in the morning, has breakfast and goes to work. This is a city dweller: coffee with milk - a frequent breakfast on his table. It is easy to buy milk at the nearest supermarket, but few of the townspeople know how long it goes from the field to the consumer’s table.
How much energy is required for the country's agricultural structures to grow, feed and supply the city with milk and meat in large volumes, of high quality. To facilitate labor (feeding livestock and birds), equipment was created for the production of grass granules.
Livestock needs
In summer there are no problems: cows graze in the meadow and calmly give 10-12 liters of milk per day. In the fall, and even more so in the winter, things are worse, and reserves must be created. Previously limited to hay. Mowed in the summer - and six months a cow on dry rations. But time does not stand still. Today, special production lines have been created for the production of herbal flour enriched with vitamins.
The complex allows you to produce both granules and flour. Equipment for the production of herbal granules are very versatile. It allows you to produce not only livestock feed, but also fuel. Pellets with a diameter of 2 to 10 mm are perfect for a universal heating boiler. The raw materials are annual and perennial herbs. Nettle, lupine, goat and alfalfa are also suitable for fodder storage.
Production Line
The line for the production of granules is not something complicated and expensive. Here is its equipment:
- conveyor belt, through which raw materials are fed into the grinder;
- cyclone suction air;
- a dryer that removes moisture to a minimum of 10%.
After the dryer, the feed goes to the hammer mill. At the output particles 1-3 mm in size are obtained, which are cooled by a fan after the granulator. On a special table, granules are separated from the placer. Two types of products are packaged on separate lines. Depending on the performance, the cost of the line is from 2 to 9 million rubles. Equipment for herbal granules is considered cheap and profitable. It pays off quickly and does not require a large number of staff.
Herbal granules
The use of herbal granules in livestock and poultry farming is very effective. The content of amino acids, carotene, vitamins contributes to better absorption and digestion of feed in the body of animals and birds. As a result, the cow will give milk 10% more, poultry - 15% more eggs, and young fattening will add weight up to 20%.
The production of herbal granules is popular throughout the European and Asian parts of the continent. The exception is, perhaps, only deserts and semi-deserts. It is worth noting that for the manufacture of such products it is necessary to use young plants. After all, only they contain more than 20% of the protein, only they are rich in trace elements and amino acids. And only young plants will produce high-quality feed for animals and birds.
Brewing
Grain crops and beer ingredients can be used on plant processing lines. In brewing, equipment for the production of herbal granules is also used. With the help of the lines barley-hop pellet is produced. This is a beer wort from which the liquid component is separated. European countries (Germany, Czech Republic, Austria) are engaged in harvesting ripe hops for future use. It is also subjected to a granulation process and delivered to breweries.Hop in granules is widely used, because it can be stored all year round.
The use of the lines is not limited to the manufacture of feed, fuel, components of brewing. They are used wherever the processing of vegetation is required: the production of tea, medicines, food additives, spices. Today this equipment is in demand and relevant.
