In the XXI century, it is quite difficult to surprise someone with a car. And now we are talking not only about adults for whom the car has become an indispensable companion, but also about young people who have just turned 18 years old, and they are already rushing behind the wheel. But a car is not only a means of transportation, for many it is a source of income. Everyone who at least once went on a long car trip could see that all kinds of trucks were constantly plowing any major highway.
In our country, a trucker is quite relevant, and at the same time a very profitable profession. Russia is a big country, and there will always be a need for transportation. Road transport is the cheapest and most popular mode of transportation. In most cases, the driver is only required to have category "C" rights, and employers provide the car with him. There are several different subcategories of these rights.
Category "C"
The rights of category "C" mean the ability to drive trucks, the mass of which should be no more than 3500 kg. It is also permitted to tie trailers up to 750 kg in weight. This category allows you to drive only a car whose mass is more than 3500 kg, but does not allow you to drive smaller trucks or cars that belong to category "D".
Category "C1"
Category "C1" includes cars, the mass of which is from 3500 to 7500 kg. As well as in the usual category "C", it is allowed to use a trailer whose mass should not exceed 750 kg. An important factor is that the driver of category "C" has the right to unhindered use of cars of category "C1".
Category "CE"
This category implies the possibility of operating vehicles of category "C" when using a trailer, the total mass of which varies in the range from 750 to 3500 kg. In order to get this category, you must initially study for category "C".
Category "C1E"
This category gives the right to control the machine, whose mass is 3500-7500 kg. It is also permitted to use a trailer whose mass must be more than 750 kg. But it should be noted that its mass should not exceed the weight of the car without load. The main condition is that the total mass of the car and trailer should not exceed 12,000 kg. Drivers with the category "CE" are allowed to drive cars of the category "C1E".
How to get category "C" rights
In order to pass on the rights of this category, first you need to get an open category "B". A standard set of documents will be required:
- Passport and its copy.
- A medical certificate on the suitability for driving a transport of this category, as well as on the passed medical examination.
- Driver's license.
- State duty checks.
- Photo.
- When studying for the rights of category "C", you will need documents that have previously been trained in category "B".
Rights Exam
The exam includes the following items:
- Surrender of the theory. On this part, knowledge of the rules of the road will be tested - it will be necessary to pass a test on a computer that includes 20 questions. The maximum number of errors allowed is 2.
- Driving practice. At the circuit, it will be necessary to show the instructor the implementation of some basic driving elements.
- City. The last part includes a training ride around the city with an instructor and traffic police officer.
