Modern manufacturing industries, including such a highly profitable and independent of the economic environment - food, are occupied by enterprises of various sizes: from large to mini-shops.
The entire range of products - from bread to marshmallows or chocolate - is produced in Russia. Therefore, the success of representatives of this industry depends on the quality and price of the finished product.
Justification of the prospects for the production of nut paste
There is another alternative to the successful business of already well-known products - the manufacture of products that have no analogues in a particular city or region. One of such promising areas in business is the production of peanut butter.
This product is not yet very well known to the Russian buyer (although it already has a certain number of fans among our compatriots), and on the market this product is represented only by imported samples. This unpopularity is not caused by taste, but simply in Russia it was simply “not yet tried”.
Peanut Butter Production: advantages and disadvantages
The main positive point is the fact that the equipment for the production of peanut butter should not be high-tech. However, there is a drawback, which is the need to import raw materials. Nevertheless, this production is profitable due to the lack of transportation costs that are included in the cost of a foreign analogue.
The process of making peanut butter
This product is represented by a pasty mixture of crushed and refined peanuts, in which vegetable oil, sugar, salt and other additives are added, which should ensure the stability of the finished product.
The equipment for the production of peanut butter includes a fryer, in which the raw material, shelled, with constant tedding and a temperature of 200 degrees with regular shaking, is uniformly fried.
The next step is the immediate cooling of the fried batch using the appropriate fans with a modern exhaust system that provides good air circulation. The need for this stage is expressed so that the peanuts do not burn, since heated to a high temperature without rapid cooling, it will continue to roast by inertia. Also, this equipment for the production of peanut paste in the cooling process protects nuts from large oil losses.
The next "step" in the manufacture of paste is the grinding of nuts through rubber bands. Thus, the peel is already separated from the cooled raw material, the husk is discarded. And here the mill for the production of peanut butter is already starting to work.
This is a kind of crushing machine, after passing through which the chopped nut gets into the mill containers, where the resulting mass is heated to 60 degrees with stirring, all the other ingredients mentioned above are added here: sugar, salt, a little vegetable oil, as well as prunes, raisins, dried apricots (depending on the variety of the finished product).
The finished mixture is passed through a cooling system, where the temperature of the product is reduced to 38 degrees. Further, the machine for the production of peanut paste has a special pipeline through which the paste is automatically squeezed into the prepared container using dispensers. Filled cans are corked, labeled and the corresponding labels are glued on them.
Peanut Butter Production Line
When considering the production process itself, it should be noted that the components of this line can be purchased at random, by individual units or assemblies. However, the best option is to purchase equipment for the production of peanut butter in the complex.
A suitable alternative at the initial stage of organizing this business may be the acquisition of a used line or its lease.
An important point is the fact that some units can also be used in the production of other finished products, which can be very beneficial if there is no supply of raw materials.
Prospects for the development of this business
Let us consider in more detail alternative production in case of interruptions in raw materials.
For example, an industrial roaster can be used to make simply roasted or with various additives of salted peanuts.
Also, other varieties of nuts (cashews or hazelnuts) can be dried on this roasting pan. There you can fry sunflower seeds.
As for the assortment of peanut butter itself, it can be expanded due to different textures. For example, it can be a paste of soft consistency, or it can be “crunchy” due to pieces of coarsely ground nuts.
I am interested in the equipment for the production of peanut butter including the principle of operation, technology, dimensions (drawings), as well as cost.
Thank.
