During dry processing, it is necessary to dry in the sun berries that have been harvested for up to five weeks. Next, coffee production technology is used. It must be kept for some time in bags, and then peeling to separate the green coffee beans.

When wet processing, you must perform the following steps:

1) purification from foreign impurities;

2) separation of the peel from coffee beans;

3) flushing;

4) fermentation, during which green grains are freed from the remnants of the peel under the influence of enzymes;

5) drying.

Wet processing should be implemented on the same day the product is collected.

The next process, which involves the coffee business, is the roasting of coffee and grinding, carried out on equipment designed for this purpose, an all-in-one appliance. This is if the production of whole fried grains is not realized.

Filling and packaging of natural coffee

A room is needed to preserve the raw product and to prepare it for processing, which will take about 10-15 square meters. m. in the production of about 30 kg per hour in a 3-shift schedule. In addition, the warehouse must have equipment for crushing grains - a crusher. Some often use ordinary manual (or driven) rollers for a metal profile to crush raw grains.

The area of ​​the main workshop should be 20-30 square meters (for production with volumes indicated above). It contains a device for the production of ground coffee and a device in order to sift the powder of ground and roasted product. To do this, you can use an ordinary machine for sifting flour, for example, PVG-600M or PM-900M.

The premises for packaging and packaging of coffee, as well as a warehouse for manufactured products together occupy an area of ​​10-15 square meters. It should be equipped taking into account the features and volume of packaging.

Each room should have everything necessary for production: running water, sewage, electricity with a voltage of at least 150 kW, supply and exhaust ventilation.
